Section 8 Accepted?
Yes. We accept all Section 8 except OHFA.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes. We do collect a security deposit at the time the lease is signed.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Pets are allowed in all of our properties with applicable $200.00 Non-refundable Pet Deposit.
How long of a lease do we sign?
All of our leases are month-to-month. One year lease will be granted for Section 8 tenants.
