Is there an application fee?
No fee!
Section 8 Accepted?
Yes. We except all Section 8 except OHFA.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes. We do collect a security deposit at the time the lease is signed.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Pets are allowed in all of our properties with applicable $200.00 Non-refundable Pet Deposit.
How long of a lease do we sign?
All of our leases are for 1 year.
How do I pay my rent?
Via Tenant Portal.
How do I report maintenance issues?
Submit “Repairs” via Tenant Portal.
